Discretion will be used by All Shine Services Pty Ltd with regard to houses with indoor pets which can affect this guarantee. Any complaints arising out of the performance of services needs to be reported within 24 hours of service. All Shine Services Pty Ltd will return within 48 hours of notice to rectify works agreed upon.

Homes with indoor pets may have minor limitations due to pet hair and odours, which can affect the guarantee.

Any issues resulting from circumstances outside our control, such as extreme stains or pre-existing damage, may not be covered.
