Meet the Owners

Director: Mario Vicente
Business Manager: Sharnie Vicente

All Shine Services was established in 2017 by Mario and Sharnie Vicente. Cleaning was not a career on Mario’s radar until it was discovered that he was, in fact, really good at it. Sharnie has a passion for numbers and management, and naturally she fell into the business management role of the company.

Mario and Sharnie wanted to create a business that was family orientated around their staff and clients. They both have huge hearts and are always wanting to help everyone where they can, and providing a cleaning service to those in need felt right. They are passionate about evolving to stay current with the needs of cleaning services and up skilling their staff with training to ensure that All Shine Services can and will provide a range of high quality services across Darwin. Mario and Sharnie take pride in supporting local and they love to have free clean giveaways and are always happy to donate services to charities or local families that are going through rough times.

Beyond the business, Mario and Sharnie are parents to three beautiful daughters – Eva, Aliana and Bia – who are their biggest supporters. If anything is going to prove that these two are an unstoppable team together, Mario was diagnosed with Stage 3 Bowel cancer a couple of years ago and as he underwent major abdominal surgery and 6 months of chemo, Sharnie kept the business running whilst juggling home life with the three girls and Marios Medical appointments. Mario proved nothing will knock him down; his strength and determination saw him back up and running literally mid chemo and now back to enjoying Marathon running.
